Terms and Conditions
By submitting a Quote Request, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below
All Wheels of Wellness (W.O.W) Facility No Obligation Quotes are supplied on the Terms and Conditions set out herein and no variation to these Terms and conditions will have any effect unless expressly agreed in writing by iCan Health & Fitness CIC.
1. Quotations
(a) Unless previously agreed in writing by iCan Health & Fitness CIC, a newly provided quotation is valid for 15 days. A quotation is not to be construed as an obligation to book any part of the Wheels of Wellness (W.O.W) Facility but merely an invitation to review the costings based on criteria provided and no contractual relationship shall arise from it until the Event Organiser has accepted the quote supplied by iCan Health & Fitness CIC Wheels of Wellness (W.O.W) Facility.
(b) Costing Structures provided in the No Obligation Quote are based on information supplied by the Event Organiser. If the Event Organiser requires alterations to the information provided, they must do this via writing (email) prior to accepting the No Obligation Quote, allowing iCan Health & Fitness CIC time to review the adjustments and alter the Costing Structure and quote provided. This may result in iCan Health & Fitness CIC adjusting the quote accordingly with a new quote issued subject to a new expiration deadline of the quote (See Expiration Deadlines). A quote deadline will only be reset once per Event query unless previously agreed with iCan Health & Fitness CIC Wheels of Wellness (W.O.W) Facility.
2. Expiration Deadlines
(a) No Obligation Quotes are valid for 15 days (weekends inclusive) from the ‘Quote Date’ indicated on the personalised quote document. All assets detailed in the quote criteria will be reserved for the agreed Event Date up until the 15th day from the Quote Date or until confirmation of Event Booking is provided by the Event Organiser, or confirmation the Event will not being going ahead in writing. Likewise, agreed event date(s) shown in the quote criteria will be reserved with the iCan Health & Fitness Wheels of Wellness (W.O.W) Facility.
(b) If the Event Organiser enters a verbal agreement with iCan Health & Fitness CIC Wheels of Wellness (W.O.W) Facility, the Facility and Event Dates as detailed in the quote criteria will officially be reserved and a contract along with full Terms & Conditions will be provided to the Event Organiser to be signed and submitted within 14 days (weekends inclusive) to iCan Health & Fitness CIC Wheels of Wellness (W.O.W) Facility along with any deposit(s) required.
(c) Outstanding payment for iCan Health & Fitness CIC Wheels of Wellness (W.O.W) Facility must be paid 7 days (weekends inclusive) prior to the Event dates agreed within the quote criteria, unless previously agreed in writing by iCan Health & Fitness CIC. Failure to pay may result in a loss of deposit, event booking and may incur additional administration costs and / or legal fees.
(d) In the event of a cancellation made by the Event Organiser within 14 days of an Event, all monies paid will be returned within 14 days of cancellation (less administration costs of £50.00).
(e) In the event of a cancellation made by the Event Organiser within 7 days of an Event, all monies paid will be returned within 14 days of cancellation (less deposit (25%) and administration costs of £50.00).
(f) In the unlikely event iCan Health & Fitness CIC Wheels of Wellness (W.O.W) Facility needs to cancel an Event Booking any time prior to the Event Date, all monies will be returned to the Event Organiser and provided an opportunity to rebook the Facility at an alternative date. Details of which will be discussed at time of cancellation.
3. Event Contacts
(a) In order to maintain consistency of contact between iCan Health & Fitness CIC Wheels of Wellness (W.O.W) Facility and the Event Organiser, instruction of agreements, amends and cancellations can only be taken between those individuals named on the No Obligation Quote and the Wheels of Wellness (W.O.W) Facility Project Manager (Matthew Wood) if not named on the quote document.
(b) Sole contact alteration on behalf of the Event Organiser can be adjusted only if provided in writing by the Event Organiser listed on the quote document, detailing when the changeover is due to take place and must be agreed with iCan Health & Fitness CIC Wheels of Wellness (W.O.W) Facility in writing prior to handover.
4. Paramountcy
(a) These No Obligation Quote Terms and Conditions only constitute the agreement undertook between iCan Health & Fitness CIC Wheels of Wellness (W.O.W) Facility and the Event Organiser for the length of time of the No Obligation Quote period as indicated above. Terms and Conditions provided with the Contract will enhance the Terms and Conditions listed in this document.
